Mrs Catryn Horwood welcomed and thanked everyone for attending.
Minutes from the Annual General Meetng 2021
The minutes of the Annual General Minutes held on the 10[th] of April 2022 via zoom were read an accepted as true.
Treasurers report
Mrs Catryn Horwood discussed the income and expenditure for the year ending 31.03.21 and noted that the financial situation is good, but suggested that the staff and parents fundraise as much as possible to keep the Cylch a float, due to the drop in number of children attending the Cylch at present.
Secretary report
The secretary Darlene Davies thanked the staff for all their hard work during the year.
Chairperson’s report
Mrs Catryn Horwood thanked the staff for all their hard work during such a difficult year.
Resignatons
Mererid Morgan to step down as registered person.
Appointment of new commitee members
Linda Evans and Registered person.
Mererid Morgan agreed to continue as Treasurer
Catryn Horwood agreed to continue as Chair person
Dareleen Davies agreed to continue as Secretary for the time being.
