Global Village Action is a small charity which is run by voluntary trustees
domiciled in London and the surrounding suburbs. There were again
limited activities in the Current year due to the disruptions and continuing
affects caused by the SARS COVID-19 pandemic. Also due to the
passing away in 2021 of the then Operational Liaison trustee and this year
another trustee contracting a stroke. This has limited the ability of the
remaining trustees lo meet or run the core programmes of the charity. In
addition, fundraising objectives continued to be suspendèd with the charity
becoming semi-dormant throughout this financial year.

Continuing awareness of the SARS COVltk19 virus and it's variants and
the lack of personnel. were negatively impathl on activities again in this
current financial year.
GVA'S limited activities were focused on maintaining the charity's
operations backbone and potential partnership in readiness for the point
when rt can begin to move forward again with its stated activities and
pro9rammes.

GVA received limited cash donations in the amount of £113.00 from
private sources in the financial year. Donations were applied to support
backbone activities outlined above. Trustees continue to work to raise
meaningful funds with which to accelerate the intervention programmes
outlined above.
