Global Village Action is a small charity which is run by voluntary trustees additional information, where domiciled in London and the surrounding suburbs. There were limited relevant, about: activities in the current year due to the disruptions created by the SARS  policies and procedures COVID-19 pandemic. Due to the passing away the previous year of the adopted for the induction and Operations Liaison trustee and other elder trustees continuing to shield training of trustees; against the continuing effects of the pandemic, limited the ability of other trustees to meet or run the core programmes of the charity. In addition,  the charity’s organisational fundraising objectives continued to be suspended. structure and any wider network with which the charity works;

Continuing awareness of the SARS COVID-19 virus and it’s variants were negatively impactful on activities in the current year. GVA’s limited activities were focused on maintaining the charity’s operations backbone and potential partnership.

As a small charity with no employees, limited funds, negligible overheads, and flexible programmes, GVA aims to keep less than 5% of raised funds in reserve to meet its public interest programmes and for emergencies.

GVA received limited cash donations in the amount of £300.61 from private sources in the financial year. Donations were applied to support backbone activities outlined above. Trustees continue to work to raise meaningful funds with which to accelerate the intervention programmes outlined above.
