**Activities:** The Armitage Foundation aims to increase the number of UK medical students from underrepresented backgrounds, thereby increasing diversity and creating an NHS that reflects the society it serves. We run after-school programmes delivered by current medical student starting in year 8 through to 6th form, because we believe a long-term continuous intervention is most likely to effect change.
