To mark World Mentol Heolth Day Youmanity celebroted the world's first mindfulness traln
carriage5. This was the result of a close cooperalion be￿een Keoli5Amey Docklonds
IKADI. operator5 of Docklands Light Railway IDLRI and Youmanity which sow the
deployment of the 'lnner Journey, passenger trains to support Pa55enger wellbeing and
mental health. This project wos supported by Brain R&chorge - a self-guided meditation
opp develop8d for use on DLR troins and designated reloxotion areas localed in Canary

The Story of Danlel Moloney
The Slory of Daniel Moloney, is a film exploring the journey of a 22-year old affected
by cyslic hygroma - a rare condition which can result in facial disfigurement. This film
project is three year in Ihe moking and oims to raise awareness of what it is like lo live wilh
o facial disfigurernent that 'speoks' even before Daniel can even say his name.

In 2019 Youmanity, together with the charity PAPYRUS. launched Friend-ship. This is an on-
going campaign designed to reclaim the importance of friendship to promote human
conneclion and help prevent mental health Issues associated wllh social isolation.
