**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO PRESERVE THE HONEYBEE BY PROMOTING AND FURTHERING THE CRAFT OF BEEKEEPING AND TO EDUCATE THE ASSOCIATION’S MEMBERS AND THE PUBLIC IN ALL ASPECTS OF BEEKEEPING, INCLUDING THE BENEFIT OF BEES IN THE ENVIRONMENT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE COUNTIES OF STAFFORDSHIRE, LEICESTERSHIRE, WARWICKSHIRE AND DERBYSHIRE IN AFFILIATION WITH THE BRITISH BEEKEEPING ASSOCIATION (BBKA).
