**Activities:** Operates worldwide, with members in 50 countries. Organises tours and study periods, provides bursaries for dendrology students , produces a Yearbook and Newsletter and maintains a Website, alerts authorities where arboreta or natural plant resources are under threat, publishes the Website Trees and Shrubs Online, incorporating New Trees and Bean's Trees and Shrubs Hardy in the British Isles.
