We remain deeply grateful for His guidance and for the generosity of our supporters, whose donations and commitment have made a tangible difference to millions of Muslims worldwide. In 2024, by the permission of Allah, our apps supported7.9 million Muslimsacross the globe, each spending on average ten minutes per week engaging with resources designed to strengthen their understanding of Islam. This impact demonstrates the value of digital tools in nurturing spiritual growth and enabling Muslims to practise their faith with greater ease and confidence. Beyond individual benefit, our work contributes to wider society by fostering greater awareness, learning, and connectedness within Muslim communities. Highlights of 2024 Sadiq App We successfully launched the all-in-one Sadiq app on both Android and iOS, providing essential tools including prayer and fasting times, Qur’an verses, Duas, Qibla direction, and Adhkar. This app brings together daily resources into a single, accessible platform, making it easier for Muslims worldwide to remain connected to their faith. Key App Updates Qur’an (Tafsir & By Word) ● Expanded translations to new languages, including Chinese, French, Malayalam, and Persian. ● Added five new Tafsirs, widening access to Islamic scholarship. |

Conclusion
The past year has seen substantial growth in both reach and impact. Our digital services continue to provide Muslims worldwide with practical tools to strengthen their faith, improve religious literacy, and engage with Islam in meaningful ways. Beyond the individual, our work nurtures stronger communities, advances knowledge, and builds capacity for the future.
We remain committed to expanding this impact in 2025 and beyond, praying for Allah’s guidance and thanking all our supporters for their continued trust and generosity. Together, we are building a legacy of service through technology for the benefit of the Ummah and society at large.

Para 1.21 | Due to the rising inflation rates, the charity has adopted a fairly cautious approach in regard to its finances and expenditures. The charity is grateful for the response from the community and are pleased that we have been able to achieve our fundraising targets. The charity has generated revenue totalling£247,951and have made expenses totalling£197,329with total funds of£216,074available to the charity at the end of the financial year. |

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/12/2024 .
- Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
