1. Introduction
The Trustees of the Kwinella Diaspora Association IKDAI present their annual report and
statement of activities for the financial year ended 31 December 2024. The report
outlines the Association's objectives. achievements. and community impact during the
reporting period.
2. Objectives and Aims
KDA exists to promote community development, education, and healthcare
improvement within Kwinella and surrounding areas. Our objectives are to-
Support education by improving access to learning materials and infrastructure.
Strengthen healthcare delivery in the communitythrough the supply of essential
equipment.
Enhance sanitation and communitywelfare through the provision of clean and
safe facilities.
Foster collaboration between diaspora members and local institutions to
achieve sustainable development goals.
3. Main Activities and Achievements in 2024
During the year, the Association continued its commitment to improving living
standards in Kwinella through a series of community-based projects:

4. Financial Review
All activities during the year were funded through voluntary donations from members
and well-wishers of the Association. Funds were applied directly to project costs,
ensuring maximum community benefit. The Trustees have maintained prudent financial
management and record-keeping throughout the year.
A detailed statement of income and expenditure will accompany this report in the
f inancial statements.
5. Plans for 2025
For the year ahead, the Association intends to..
Continue improving educational inf rastructure through additional classroom and
library support.
Support the Health Centre with minor renovation works and additional medical
supplies.
Expand sanitation initiatives to cover more households.
Establish a sm811 community development fund to respond rapidly to local
needs.

6. Governance and Management
The Association is managed by a Board ofTrustees who serve voluntarily. Trustees meet
regularly to plan 8nd oversee all activities. All decisions are made collectively and in line
with the Association's constitution and community priorities.

7. Acknowledgements
