**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE SCHOOL ARE TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD BY: (A) ESTABLISHING CONDUCTING AND MAINTAINING AN INSTITUTION OF FURTHER, HIGHER AND ADULT EDUCATION; (B) OFFERING SUCH COURSES OF INSTRUCTION TO THE PUBLIC AS WILL PROMOTE THE MENTAL AND CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INDIVIDUAL, IN EACH CASE TAKING ACCOUNT OF PROGRAMMES, TECHNIQUES AND KNOWLEDGE DEFINED AND DEVELOPED FROM TIME TO TIME BY THE MAHARISHI FOUNDATION (UK CHARITY NUMBER 270157) WHICH ARE BASED ON THE WORK OF MAHARISHI MAHESH YOGI, INCLUDING IN PARTICULAR CONSCIOUSNESS-BASED EDUCATION, AS DEFINED IN THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION OF THE SCHOOL.

**Activities:** Providing Consciousness Based Education in higher education for students to develop their total creative potential from within, in parallel to receiving an outstanding traditional academic education. Courses  will be provided on-site and via Webinar/e-Learning. The charity is not yet in operation and policies have not yet been established.
