Ashwater Parish Hall CIO was registered with the Charity Commission on 1[st] May 2018 under registration number 1178190. 

We have successfully migrated from our previous charity - Parish Hall and Institute, Charity number: 1016238. 

Trustees of the charity: Izzie May Viv May Andrew Stacey Michael Taylor Michelle Warring Steve Warring 

Our new bank account is being set up with Nat West. 

The assets from the previous charity have been transferred to the CIO. The vesting declaration and property transfer were completed on 8[th] May 2025. 

## **Objective of the charity** 

To provide and maintain the Ashwater Parish Hall for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Ashwater for benefit without distinction of political, religious or other opinions. 

The main purpose of the hall is for meetings, talks, classes, recreational sports and leisure to enhance the well-being of the inhabitants of the parish.
