The Trustees present their report for the period of 12 months ended 31st March 2021 References and Administrative Information 

Ashwater Parish Hall CIO was registered with the Charity Commission on 1st May 2018 under registration number 1178190 and was not active during the year ending 31st March 2024. 

The trustees were: 

Michael Taylor Andrew Stacey Viv May Izzie May Michelle Warring Steve Warring 

The charity has yet to appoint bankers. 

It is the intention of the trustees to move the assets of the Parish Hall and Institute – Charity Number: 1016238 to Ashwater Parish Hall CIO 1178190. Once this is done the Parish Hall and Institute 101238 will be wound down. Everything is in place for this to happen, the Charity Commission have given their approval, we hope this will take place in the first quarter of 2025. 

## **Objective of the charity** 

To provide and maintain the Ashwater Parish Hall for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Ashwater for benefit without distinction of political, religious or other opinions. The main purpose of the hall is for meetings, talks, classes, recreational sports and leisure to enhance the well-being of the inhabitants of the parish.
