## **Wirksworth Transition Community Land Trust** ## **Financial Report to April 5[th] 2021** Income over the period was minimal and consisted of £4 in additional membership fees and a gift from Lloyds Bank of £99 to offset the time spent in changing the nominated account signatories. Expenditure has consisted primarily of £150 annual subscription to the National CLT Network and £44 for a Enerphit Property Retrofit Guidance Book. A monthly subscription to Mailchimp of £8.77 to enable the Newsletter to be produced professionally and a £15.00 Payment for the Trust’s domain name was also made.
