our community and although our revenues
were down from last year, we are again
proud of the progress that we have made this
year.
We have continued to build on the
relationships we have locally, working more
closely with Brent Council and Young Brent
Foundation and the Met Police
In addition, working more closely with local
delivery partners has enabled us to make our
multi purpose space more accessible to the
community. The courses that we have
delivered have responded to local need,
focusing on personal development,
confidence and self esteem through music
/art and mentoring development for children
and young people who are most at-risk of not
fulfilling their potential and becoming
perpetrators or victims of crime. We are also
extending our service to the parents/careers
of the young people that we encounter
We have also brought on board a Director of
Development who is heading up our funding
streams.|

## **Responsibilities and basis of report**
I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **31/01/2025**
As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
## **Independent examiner's statement**
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
- accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or
- the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
