**Objects:** TO RELIEF THE CHARITABLE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AGED BETWEEN 0 TO 18 YEARS WHO ARE REGISTERED BLIND OR VISUALLY IMPAIRED AND THEIR PARENTS, CARERS AND SIBLINGS WHO LIVE IN THE NORTH TYNESIDE AREA OF ENGLAND IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT.

**Activities:** To relieve the charitable needs of children living in North Tyneside, aged up to 18 years (with discretion up to 25 years) who are registered blind or visually impaired, their parents, carers and siblings, by primarily but not exclusively providing support, events, advice, and short-break holidays.  To provide support as the trustees see fit, to other disadvantaged members of the community.
