## **Trustees Annual Report** 

(to 31st March 2025) 

- The charity’s name, address, and number are listed in the panel. 

- The trustees remain as myself, as chair, Jenny Taylor, Michael Huttlestone, Judy Huttlestone, and Rev Phillip Coffin. New trustees are invited by the existing team, and the Trustees manage the charity directly. 

- We remain effectively dormant, having been hit hard by the Coronavirus lockdowns and major health issues affecting the key volunteers (who are also 2 of the Trustees). 

- We have received a small amount in grants from commission through an online shopping arrangement. There have been a few necessary expenses, and we end the year with roughly the same amount of £3,079 in our bank accounts. 


- As for the future (I write this in September 2025) – the preliminary discussions around a local facility that we may be involved in running under the umbrella of this charity have proceeded, and we await the outcome of a grant application to fund this: the outcome remains uncertain, but the possibilities are exciting.
