## Trustees Annual Report 

(to 31st March 2023) 

- The charity’s name, address, and number are listed in the panel. 

- The trustees remain as myself, as chair, Jenny Taylor, Michael Huttlestone, Judy Huttlestone, and Rev Phillip Coffin. New trustees are invited by the existing team, and the Trustees manage the charity directly. 

- We continue to remain effectively dormant, having been hit hard by the Coronavirus lockdowns and major health issues affecting the key volunteers (who are also 2 of the Trustees). However we remain quietly active in the area, supporting the local Foodbank with vouchers and referrals, hosting weekly online meetings and discussion (via Zoom), and a continuing involvement in a number of local churches. 


- We have received a small amount in grants – small amounts of commission through an online shopping arrangement. 

- There have been a few necessary expenses to do with the activities above, and we end the year with roughly the same amount of £4,000 in our bank accounts. 

- As for the future – we continue wait to see what happens next. The “preliminary discussions around a local facility” (see last year’s report) have evolved into one of our Trustees taking on the chair of a local community centre, and we wait to see how the details and consequences of this shake down.
