## **Trustees Annual Report** 

(to 31st March 2022) 

- The charity’s name, address, and number are listed in the panel. 

- The trustees remain as myself, as chair, Jenny Taylor, Michael Huttlestone, Judy Huttlestone, and Rev Phillip Coffin. New trustees are invited by the existing team, and the Trustees manage the charity directly. 

- We remain effectively dormant, having been hit hard by the Coronavirus lockdowns and major health issues affecting the key volunteers (who are also 2 of the Trustees). 

- We have received a small amount in grants – one being paid very late having been shelved by the lockdowns, and the other very small amounts of commission through an online shopping arrangement. There have been a few necessary expenses, and we end the year with roughly the same amount of £4,000 in our bank accounts. 


- As for the future – we continue wait to see what happens next. There are preliminary discussions around a local facility that we may be involved in running under the umbrella of this charity, but the outcome is uncertain. If these come to nothing, our current expectation is that the charity will be wound up.
