Annual Academic Programme, Social Programme, Small Educational Activities and Annual Conferences.

The trustees are satisfied that the charity is entitled to exemption from audit.

The trustees acknowledge their responsibilities for:

(i) Ensuring that the Charity keeps proper accounting records.
(ii) Preparing accounts which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the Charity as at 26[th] November 2022
(iii) The Period ended of financial year and its Income or Expenditure account for the financial year in accordance with the prevailed accounting standards and framework.
(iv) The Accounts have been prepared in accordance with the special provisions relating to small Charities published on: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/charity-commission-guidance.

ACCOUNTANT’S REPORT TO TRUSTEES

As described in your trustees report you are responsible for the preparation of the Accounts for the Year Ended 26[th] November 2022 and you consider that the Charity is exempt from an audit.

In accordance with your instructions, we have compiled these unaudited accounts in order to assist you to fulfil your statutory responsibility towards Charities’ commission. We have not carried out any sort of audit on this information and are not providing any level of assurance on these Accounts. It is your responsibility to maintain the proper accounting records and bank records for any future inquiries purposes, ABK Accountancy Services or any associated staff cannot be held responsible for any misrepresentation made by your Trustees and his members and does not have any recourse to us as a firm.

Notes related to Income and Expenditure Account

These accounts have been prepared on the cash basis and all other accrual costs are not included. Membership fee & donations. Income received from members from 27 Nov 2021 to 26 Nov 2022 is £27,010.11. Net of fee refunded to members and rest of the monies banked in same time. Please note pay pal balance has been transferred to the main account as at 26[th] November 2022.
Total expenses from 27[th] November 2021 to 26 November 2022 is £24,371.29 Please note this includes all conference expenses, bank charges, accountancy fee and other related expenses.
Payment to DPO Miss A J Sparks £225.00
Payment to Aftab Catering total £3200.00

Payment to BPPA total monies drawn total £13,400.00

This is the main cost during the period, as it is the Charity objective to provide social and educational training to its members and to fulfil this purpose events are organised which includes presentation from distinguished guests related to developments of the profession. This cost included venue booking, food and catering other venue related cost.
Accountancy fee accrued for the Year ended 26[th] November 2022 is £980.00 as it was not paid during the year so is not included in the last year’s accounts and it has now been paid in this year’s accounts.
This NET cash income as at 26[th] November 2022 is in the sum of £2638.82
Please note the bank balance as at 26[th] November 2022 is £17,133.34, Account HSBC 12684586, Sort-Code 40-45-24.
Please note the charity should use the debit card for all the expenses and records should be kept with all the relevant expenses and Income banked all monies in tact.
