**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY ARE TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION AND FOSTER A GENERAL INTEREST IN MODEL RAILWAYS, RAILWAYS AND ALLIED PURSUITS, AND IN PARTICULAR TO ENCOURAGE THE PURSUIT OF EXCELLENCE IN RAILWAY MODELLING AMONGST THE MEMBERS OF THE SOCIETY.

**Activities:** The objects of the Society are to advance public education, and foster ageneral interest, in model railways, prototype railways and allied pursuitsand to encourage a high standard of railway modelling,  in particular,amongst the members of the Society.
