REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2025

REFERENCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE DETAILS OF THE CHARITY

The charity operates in accordance with its governing document and is managed by the Board of Trustees.

OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES

The charity’s objectives are set out in its governing document. During the financial year ended 31 March 2025, the Trustees reviewed the charity’s objectives and confirmed that they remain appropriate. In planning future activities, the Trustees have had due regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit.

ACHIEVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE

During the year ended 31 March 2025, the charity received total income of £500. This income was applied towards general running and administrative costs. No further funding was secured during the year.

Due to the limited level of income and resources available, the charity did not undertake any charitable activities during the reporting period.

FINANCIAL REVIEW

The total income for the year amounted to £500. Expenditure during the year related solely to general running costs. The charity held no restricted funds during the year.

At the end of the financial year, the charity held no material reserves. The Trustees consider the level of reserves held to be appropriate given the scale of activities undertaken during the year.

RESERVES POLICY

The Trustees have considered the need for a reserves policy and, given the absence of unrestricted reserves at the year end and the limited level of activity during the period, have determined that the charity does not currently maintain a formal reserves policy. This position will be kept under review as the charity’s activities develop.

STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT

The charity is governed by its governing document. The Trustees are responsible for the overall management and control of the charity and meet as required.

RISK MANAGEMENT

The Trustees have assessed the major risks to which the charity is exposed and are satisfied that systems and procedures are in place to mitigate exposure to these risks, as far as is reasonably practicable given the scale of the charity’s operations.

TRUSTEES’ RESPONSIBILITIES STATEMENT

The Trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees’ Annual Report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (FRS 102).

The Trustees are responsible for keeping adequate accounting records that disclose with reasonable accuracy the financial position of the charity and enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Charities Act 2011.
