'Charitable' Shall Mean Charitable According To The Law Of England And Wales Provided IT Will Not Include Any Purpose Which Is Not Also Charitable In Accordance With Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005. For The Avoidance Of Doubt, The System Of Law Governing The Charity Is The Law Of England And Wales.
