All volunteers<br>expend significant time, effort and their own<br>funds supporting the organisation and its<br>aims. As a team of volunteers, we are on<br>call 24/365 to the emergency services.|

|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|Like many charities, SARDA Anglia had a<br>difficult time during the Covid 19 pandemic.<br>However, team members and their dogs<br>continued to train, and new dogs are being<br>trained as part of the natural turnover and<br>operational lifespan of the dogs.  This is<br>important to maintain operational readiness<br>and for the welfare of the dogs and their<br>wellbeing. It is important to note that all<br>dogs live out their natural lifespan after<br>retirement and no dog is put to sleep at the<br>end of its working life.<br>It is important for the teams to remain<br>trained and available for the benefits to the<br>wider community if called upon.|
