The charity registration number is 1178027. The address of the charity is Dr South’s CE(A) Primary School, Bletchingdon Road, Islip, OX5 2TQ The trustees for the charity year 2020-2021 were Huw Morgan, Calum Miller, Steve Hayes. The trustees are the headteacher, the chair of governors of the school and the rector. The trust was founded on 27th November 2017 in order to advance the education of pupil attending Dr South’s Church of England Primary School, in particular by engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the said school and advance the education of its pupils. In the charity year 2020-21, the trust funded enrichment activities at Dr South’s CE(A) Primary School, including the provision of sporting coaching and art teaching. The Trnstees examined the accountsfor thefinancialyear 01/09/2020 to 31/08/2021. There was a total ofthree credits.. two were bursaries (totalling £38,000) and one was a donation (£39. 00). There were two payments by transfer to Dr South 's CE(A) Primary Schoolfor theprovision of enrichment to the curriculum through thefv7ding ofa teaching assistant. One transfer of£1 7, 000 related tofynding received ihe previousfinancial accounling year and OF7e transfer of£38, 000 reflected the bursaries totalling £38, 000 in thisfinancial accounting year. The end ofyear balance was £135, 703.32. The Trustees noted that the balance was healthy and encouraged the headteacher to consider how it is best usedfor the henefit ofthe children currently attending the school rather than building up a significant stlrplus.
