care and attention, by providing items and
facilities for the reception, care and
treatment of such animals.
The relief of poverty among homeless
persons, by providing them with free animal
food and other essential items relating to the
adequate care of their companion animals
and free medical or surgical treatment for
such animals where their owners are unable
to afford the services of a vetinary surgeon

We are a very small charity of around 8
volunteers including vetinary surgeons, vet
nurses and outreach team.
On the 1stand 3rdSaturdays of each monthe,
the team come together to walk around the
streets of Liverpool City Centre with dog
food, blankets, collars, leads etc to dogs with
homeless owners and rough sleepers.
The Vets / Vets nurses will carry out health
checks whilst on the streets and give any
neccasry treatment such as flea and
worming and microchipping (to comply with
the law relating to microchipping dogs)
If any of the dogs need further investigations
or surgery we would arrange an appointment
with one of our Vets at a clinic.
With the introduction of the XL Bully ban in
February 2024, we have spent a
considerable time supporting our users who
own XL Bullys with Exemption applications
and neutering as required.
