The management of tha charity is the responsibility of the Trustees who are eleclgd and ukopled under the
terns of the Trust deed.
Ev8ry trustee musl be appointed for a temi of three years by resolution passed al a proptsrfy convened meeting
of the charity trustees. The charity trustees musl have regard to the skills, knowledga and experience needed for
effective adminislralion of the CIO.
The twslees are currently all members of the Mercer family, with the exception of Dawn Oliver, who resigned in
the year.
