The main purpose of the charity is to preserve Bulgarian folk dances, songs, costumes and other allied traditional activities, to make them known and to encourage the practice them in their original forms. To advance the education of the public in Bulgarian folk dances, songs, costumes and traditions by demonstrations, festivals and other suitable methods. It operates in London and UK.
Objects: 2.1 The Charity's Objects Are Restricted Specifically, In Each Case Only For Thepublic Benefit, To Advance The Public’s Appreciation Of And Education Inbulgarian Art, Culture And Heritage By Means Of Teaching, Demonstrations,festivals And Other Suitable Methods To Present Bulgarian Folk Dances, Songs,costumes And Other Allied Traditional Activities To Make Them Known And Toencourage The Practice Of Them In Their Original Forms.2.2 Nothing In These Articles Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of Thecharity For Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Anystatutory Provision Regarding The Meaning Of The Word "charitable" Or Thewords "charitable Purposes" In Force In Any Part Of The United Kingdom.
