The trustees present their report together with the financial statements for the year ended 31[st] March 2025. The Trustees of the Charity are Francesca Bailey, Tahmid Chowdhury, and Jonathan Lacey.

The purpose of the charity is to promote the art of drama for the public benefit in particular but not exclusively by providing public theatre performances.

The charity’s daily work is limited to research and development at this stage. The Trustees are satisfied that the charity works within the objects.
Financial Matters
Barbaros Ensemble’s income for the financial period was £3,651 and its expenditure was £9,591. Income was derived from a series of small individual donations, primarily from volunteers who visited the development site in France. We anticipate a continuation of the current development pattern in the upcoming years, where the progress of the Barbaros site proceeds incrementally according to the success of the ongoing fundraising efforts.
