While our activities have been affected by the covid-19 pandemic, we have continued to hold weekly meetings for Christian worship, and teaching the Bible to adults and children. Some of these have moved on-line, some have a mixture of physical meeting in our building– when allowed - and on-line participation. Some other meetings have not continued during this time.
Regular meetings:
Sunday Morning Worship (on-line & physical)
Sunday Evening worship (on-line & physical)
Home groups – small groups, for Bible study and prayer (on-line)
Wednesday Prayer and Bible Study (on-line & physical).
On-line ‘Story & Song’ time, temporarily replacing Toddler group.
Monday Bible reading, reading together and discussing a passage from the Bible (on-line)
Sunday School – for children up to 11 years old (on-line on a Friday)
Youth Group – for secondary school children (on-line)
Puritan reading group – reading together and discussing a Christian book
The general public are welcome to attend all these meetings and members invite others to attend. The church website give details of how to join these meetings.
Additionally;
Overseas – The church helps to support the work of missionaries in the Philippines, France, Kenya and Japan, as well as Bible translators in the UK. This is done through prayer and gifts of money.
City missionary – the church employs a full-time missionary who works as a chaplain in the hospital, and on the streets of Milton Keynes, to advance the Christian faith.
