**Objects:** THE OBJECTIVES OF THE CIO ARE:TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM MS AND AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE IN THE UK BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF SIGNPOSTING, ADVICE, SUPPORT SERVICES AND GRANTS WITH PARTICULAR EMPHASIS (BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION) ON THOSE SEEKING HSCT (HAEMATOPOIETIC STEM CELL TRANSPLANT).

**Activities:** We are a registered charity who's purpose is to help and support UK based sufferers of auto-immune diseases, primarily Multiple Sclerosis. We aim to provide advice and support, raising awareness of the latest treatments available, and signposting patients to the relevant medical professionals.We would also like to develop into a grant making body to assist with patient expenses.
