## Bradford Community Kitchen Annual Trustees Report 2020-2021

The pandemic meant that we could no longer serve food to our homeless and vulnerable service users. We decided that we would be of more use operating as a foodbank, that way we could continue to help many of our existing service users and reach others who were struggling financially during the pandemic. We accessed funds provided by local and national government to support families of children who would normally have received free school meals. We continue to support these families despite there being no more government funding.

We will continue to also approach local businesses for support.

## Donatons

During the financial period 1/4/2020 to 31/3/2021 we received donations from Bradford Council plus, we have regular monthly and one off donations donations.

Total £ 22,062

## Expenses

Our main expenses are Food Purchases and Delivery expenses associated with transporting goods to storage unit and to clients, rental costs for the unit to store and provide food from.

£ 20,032
