**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE:THE TRAINING, CARE, AND REHABILITATION OF PEOPLE IN PRISON AND PEOPLE WITH A CONVICTION BY PROVIDING ADVICE, ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT AND ORGANISING EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES AND OTHER ACTIVITIES, AND SUPPORTING THE PROVISION OF THE SAME, AS A MEANS OF:HELPING PEOPLE IN PRISON AND PEOPLE WITH A CONVICTION TO ADVANCE IN LIFE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS TO ENABLE THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO AND PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS THROUGH;ADVANCING EDUCATION; ANDRELIEVING UNEMPLOYMENT AMONG PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN IN PRISON OR HAD A CONVICTION, INCLUDING THROUGH ASSISTING THEM TO FIND EMPLOYMENT AND TO OTHERWISE REHABILITATE THEMSELVES;AS AN EXPRESSION OF THE CHRISTIAN LIFE AND FAITH.

**Activities:** The StandOut Programme is an innovative approach to training, coaching and supporting people preparing for release from prison. It operates in three stages:an intensive course delivered in prison in the lead up to release; on-going support up to the point of release; and continued support after release into employment, education or training.
