preserve, maintaining and, where
appropriate, developing the fabric of the
parish church of St Mary Long
Wittenham, Oxfordshire; and
(3) supporting any purpose intended to
further the work of the Church of
England and the spiritual, moral and
physical education and training of the
inhabitants of the Parish
in such ways as the charity trustees may
from time to time think.

in respect of refurbishment works to the
bells at St Mary’s Church Long
Wittenham.

than two of the Church Wardens of the
churches of Long Wittenham and Little
Wittenham
(iii)
the person with primary pastoral
care of Long Wittenham for the
Dorchester Team (which person at the
time of creating this CIO is known as the
“team Vicar”)
(iv)
the PCC treasurer of Long and
Little Wittenham or, if not possible,
another PCC member
(b)
The role for the time being (“the
office holder”) shall automatically (“ex-
officio”) be a charity trustee, for as long
as he or she holds that office.
