REVELATION TRUST ,flANNUAL .(-) REPORT 2025

INTRODUCTION & YEAR OVERVIEW

2025 has been a year marked by growth, transition, and significant fruitfulness. We are deeply grateful to God for His faithfulness and for the opportunities He has given us to invest in people’s lives through Gospel Entrepreneurs (GE) and the Revelation Trust.

This report reflects both the progress made this year and the foundations being laid for the future.

PEOPLE & TEAM DEVELOPMENTS

Associates & Staff

This year, we saw an important transition as Laura Brett, one of our valued associates, moved on from GE to take up a new position in the United States. We are thankful for Laura’s contribution and commitment during her time with us and wish her every blessing in this new chapter.

We couldn’t achieve this without our amazing team of associates and mentors, giving their time to coaching and mentoring; our heartfelt thanks to Matt and Sally Timms, Steve Gee, Elijah Kirby, Simon Berry, Paul Harvey, Richard Street, Ian Hartley, Sarah Bainbridge, Nathan Ghann, Steve Kelsey and Orlando Antoine.

We are delighted to recognise Josh Cutting, who joined us this year as Assistant Director and has brought renewed energy and growth to our gatherings and day events. Under his leadership, these events have expanded into Mansfield, Dudley, with further locations planned in the new year.

We are also grateful for the work of Ola Hayden during 2025 on our Board of Trustees, whose contribution has been a real blessing to the organisation.

PROGRAMMES & INITIATIVES

Mentoring Series

One of the most significant investments this year has been the mentoring series. This included the filming process and bringing people together in the room for shared learning and formation. We are thrilled with the outcomes so far and believe this resource will have a long-term impact. The series will be completed by the end of 2025, with exciting opportunities for small groups to engage with it throughout 2026.

Podcasts & Media

Our podcasts have continued to perform strongly throughout the year. Looking ahead to 2026, we are exploring a refreshed style and format, including the introduction of video recordings alongside audio, enabling each UCB podcast to be experienced visually as well as through listening.

INTERNATIONAL & EUROPEAN ENGAGEMENT AND PARTNERSHIPS

We are so grateful to be in partnership and collaborating alongside Every Home For Christ and the Angello Trust.

European Leadership Gathering

A major highlight of the year was hosting the first gathering of its kind, bringing together European leaders of ministries. This created space for dialogue, collaboration, and the exploration of strategic partnerships across Europe. Encouragingly, this initiative is already opening doors for future gatherings involving European mission agencies working together more intentionally.

Kuala Lumpur

Our work in Kuala Lumpur continues to evolve, particularly through the entrepreneurial spirit course and mentoring programme. Joshua Hong has provided excellent leadership in this area, adding significant value to our overall vision and activity. We are especially excited about the appointment of Josh’s Assistant Director, strengthening our capacity and supporting future development and strategies.

GOVERNANCE & BOARD

We are deeply thankful for the faithful service of our Board throughout 2025: Caroline Taylor and Elijah Kirby. Particular thanks are due to our Chair, Brian Addis, for his leadership, wisdom, and support.

This year we said goodbye to a valued board member who, due to personal circumstances, needed to step down. She was a real asset to the board, and we are grateful for her contribution. Looking ahead, we plan to increase the size of the board during 2026 as part of our ongoing development.

FINANCIAL OVERVIEW

A full financial report is included with this document, alongside a pie chart illustrating income sources. We are sincerely grateful to God for His favour and blessing once again in 2025.

We have been greatly encouraged by the generosity and faithfulness of those who have come alongside us, supported our work financially, and continue to do so as we look to the future.

LOOKING AHEAD

As we move into 2026, we do so with gratitude, confidence, and expectation. The foundations laid this year—in mentoring, gatherings, international partnerships, media, and regional growth—position us well for the opportunities ahead. Above all, we thank God for the team, the staff, the board, and for the many stories of transformed lives. Some of those stories are shared within this report and offer a glimpse of the impact God is bringing through Gospel Entrepreneurs and the Revelation Trust.

STORIES THAT INSPIRE

We have gathered a collection of powerful individual stories this year, through recording another two seasons of podcasts in partnership with UCB; they show us what happens when God brings together vision, encouragement, and faithful leadership. These stories highlight the courage, creativity, and perseverance of the individuals we have had the privilege to walk alongside. Each one is a testimony to what is possible when Gospel Entrepreneurs are nurtured, supported, and released into their God-given purpose with a little of our mentor’s encouragement and direction. To view and read the full stories, visit our website: www.gospelentrepreneurs.org
