**Objects:** GATHERING THE HARVEST IN OUR LATER YEARS“O PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF OLDER PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED BY VIRTUE OF THEIR AGE THROUGH BY PROVIDING SUCH SUPPORT AS DEEMED APPROPRIATE TO ASSIST THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES.

**Activities:** To identify and meet the pastoral and spiritual needs of older people, in the community. To develop a team of Anna Chaplains and volunteers.To visit and resource care homes.To build bridges between churches and their local community within the City of Southampton, between voluntary and statutory bodies and between the generations in our society for the benefit of older people
