Ths running ofthe library by a management group was taken on from Leicestershire County Council (LCC) on 23 May 2016.LCC granted a 10 year lease to Kibworth Beauchamp Parish Council ("KBPC")for a peppercorn rent with the day to day operations being the responsibility of |
