**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, BY THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE OF YOUNG PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL EDUCATION NEEDS AND DISABILITIES IN FREETOWN SIERRA LEONE BY THE BUILDING AND MANAGING OF A SPECIALIST DAY AND BOARDING SCHOOL FOR GIRLS AND BOYS WITH DISABILITIES. THE SCHOOL WILL BE FREE TO PUPILS FROM SIERRA LEONE.

**Activities:** The charity will build a school for children with special needs in Freetown Sierra Leone.  The school will provide support to other schools in the area to spread good practice in teaching autistic children.
