The Iruslees confirm that they have refeffed to the guidance contained in the Chanty Commission's general
guidance on public benefit when reviewing the chartty's objects and Folicies in respect of the making of grants.

of the pupil's family or alternatsve sources of sUPPOrt'.

Statement of th& Charity's Pollcy on Reserves
The Charity has de minimis future obligations. However. the Trustees believe that. once a commitrment to help
a child has been made, it is Importanl lo be sure to be able to make su¢h contn"bulions lo the fees until such
lime as the child has extracted maximum benefit from the specialised schooling. The Trustees would not wsh
a child to have to cease their attendance as a result of the Charity being unable lo afford lo corslinue to fund
the fees. For each child for whom a grant is approved. therefore. the Trustees make their best assessment of
how many terms that Child is Iikety to require at the relevant school and the funds to pay the anticipated fees
are then ￿served for that purpose.
Al the year end, there was no requirement to reserve funds for anl¢ipated future fees.
