EH has committed. regardless of demand for pla¢es from elsewhere. lo provide at least two places each lemi
to children funded by the Charity and to give a 20% discount on the fees for such places.
Notsvithstanding this, the Charity is open to funding places at other special needs schools where appropriate
andlor more cost-effective The Chanty will conduct an annual review of the available options In this regard.

Statement of th• Charity's Policy on Reseprfes
The Charity has de minimis future obligations. However. the Trustee5 believe that. once a commitment lo help
a child has been made. it is important to be sure to be able lo make such contributions lo the fees until such
time as the child has extracted maximum benefit from the specialised schooling. The Trustees would not wish
a child to have to cease their attendance as a resuh of the Charty being Unab￿ lo afford to continue to ftjnd
the fees. For each child for whom a grant Is approved. therefore. the Trustees make their best assessment of
how many terms that child is likely to ￿qUIre al the relevant school and the funds lo poy the anticipated fees
are then reserved for that purpose
At the year end, there was no requirement to reserve funds for anticipated future fees.
