The Charity's trustees are respK)nsible for the preparation of the accounts. The Charity's
trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144 of the Charities
Act 201 l and tbat an independent exatninatson is needed.

(2) To follow the procedures laid doMTr in the general Directions given by the Charity
Commission under the section 145(5) (b) of the 2011 Act; and
(3) To stste whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent examiner's report
My cxamination was caTried out in accordatKe with the general Directions given by the
Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the
Charity and a comparison of the accounls presented with those records. It also includcs
consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations
from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do noi provide
all the evidenc¢ that would be required in an audiL and consequently I do not express an audit
opinion on the view given by the accoun

In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention:
(a) Which gives mc reasonable cause to beli¢ve that in any material respect the requirements:
1. I'O keep a¢¢ounting records in accordance with section 386 of the companies Act2006'
11. To prepare accounts which ac¢oTd with the accounting records and comply with the
accounling requirements'of section 396 of the Companies Act 2006 and with the methods and

During the year the Churth successfully run its services throughout
year for the communty. The servi￿$ the church run include Sunday
services. teaching sepiices during the week. and Prayer meetings.

As a resutt of the Covid and post pandemic effects we successfully
embarked on free distnbLrtion of food and second-hand clothing to those
affecled financial by the ￿vid to people who were sleeping rough in our
