## Trustees’ Annual Report and Accounts For Let’s Educate Them (LET) 1177655

The Trustees of “Let’s Educate Them” present the annual report for “Let Education System” for the year ending 31/03/2022. We confirm that report complies with the requirements of the ‘Charities Act 2011’ and the ‘Foundation Model Constitution’.

## Our Aims

Our aim was to renovate the acquired school in Pakistan according to our ‘Foundation Model Constitution’ and according to the needs and requirements of 21st centaury’s education system. The objective of our organization is to benefit the public by advancing female education in the UK and Pakistan through the provision of schools and other educational training facilities.

## Achievements and Activities so far (March 2022)

UK: We continued our support to help children online. We extended our support to all those children and parents who came in contact and showed interest in getting educational help irrespective of their financial status, free of charge. Our bank initiative of ‘next door’ helped us to offer our services to all those who wanted to benefit from it.

Pakistan: We are in position to provide world class education to more than 300 boys and girls from mixed background. We are providing free education and pick and drop service to students who cannot afford to pay international school’s fees. We charge a very nominal fee to the parents of affluent students. We have managed to establish a school with world class teaching facility with comfortable furniture and necessary educational technologies (Laptops, Computers, Projectors, Whiteboards, and others.

We have all the necessary dedicated staff to look after students in all the aspects of their education and wellbeing. We have employed 15 fulltime teaching staff who are educated, professional and dedicated in education, wellbeing, character building, and upbringing of their students.

We are maintaining best sanitation and drinking water facilities as were mentioned in our last report. We have 6 toilets with all the sanitation facilities and 3 more are being built for newcomers.

We are not too much dependent on fossil fuels and for continues supply of electricity we are using/maintaining solar panels. We have added two more panels for the continued supply of electricity as shown in figure 1.

Recently with the generous help of the chair, to accommodate increased number of students, we have added and decorated three more rooms on the first floor of

the school, and four rooms are being constructed which can be seen as figure2, 3, and 4. We need to renovate these newly added four rooms.

To keep school’s environments eco-friendly and to develop children’s awareness about it, we are trying to keep school’s environments as green as possible. We are encouraging students to

take part in growing trees and plants in school. We have planted green hedge around school which is acting as a security wall now. This can be seen as a figure 5 and 6.

Children’s physical health and wellbeing development is shaped by both hereditary and environmental factors. A strong sense of physical and psychological wellbeing enables children to engage and respond to others and the environment around them confidently and optimistically. We trying to develop playing grounds with swings, slides, and jungle gyms etc. We are working on these as can be seen in figure
