**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO SUPPORT THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN UGANDA BY MEANS OF LIAISING WITH AND MAKING GRANTS TO COMMUNITY ORGANISATIONS IN UGANDA, WHICH ENABLE THEM TO FULFIL SPECIFIC COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS WHICH PROVIDE TANGIBLE ASSETS FOR THE COMMUNITY, INCREASING SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CAPACITY AND OPPORTUNITY.

**Activities:** Projects funded to date:A community based workshop for training in furniture making;A three classroom block as the first sage of a Community Secondary School.A fourth classroom as the second stage of building the school allowing for increased intake.Both projects are within the Manafwa region of Uganda, and are operated by the local community.
