A TOTAL OF £146,126 (2021".£188,271) WAS SPENT. wrrH £133.555 SPENT ON GRANTS AND DIRECT CHARITABLE EXPENDITURE. ALL RESTRICTED DONATIONS FOR PARTICULAR PROJECTS AND ZAKAAT PROJECTS HAVE BEEN SPENT DURING THE YEAR. THIS GENERATED A SURPLUS FOR THE PERIOD OF £22.316 WHICH WAS ADDED TO PRIOR YEAR SURPLUSES. AT THE END OF THE PERIOD THE CHARITY HELD £44,572 IN RESERVES WHICH WILL BE UTILISED FOR FUTURE CHARITABLE EXPENDITURE, ESPECIALLY IN THE COMPLETION OF THE BUILDINGS PROJECT. I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/08/2022.
- Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
