5. Report of the Trustees for the period ended 31st December 2024
The trustees present their first report of the activities of the charity for the period ending 31st December 2024.
6. Structure, governance and management.
The work of the charity is undergoing a lot of work to build its reach to the communities it is meant to serve. There charity has no full-time employees, and all the activities of the charity are executed through the Trustees. The Trustees meet one in three months by electronic means to discuss and plan the activities of the charity.
All the Trustees gave their time freely with no remuneration during the period under review.
7. Objectives and activities for public benefit
The objectives of the charity which is for the public benefit is the advancement of the Evangelical Christian faith worldwide and in particular to support the work in Canada, Romania, USA, Italy, Venezuela, Spain, Sweden, Hungry and Germany
The Trustees confirm that they have referred to the general guidance contained in the Charity Commission general guidance on public benefit
when reviewing the Charity’s aims and objectives in planning for future activities.
8. Grant making policy.
The policy of the charity is exclusively for raising funds for the work to be carried out in Canada, Romania, USA, Italy, Venezuela, Spain, Sweden, Hungry and Germany
Funds that will be raised in the UK are for payment of expenses in preaching and witnessing in the countries chosen.
9. Monitoring progress/achievement
The two trustees occasionally travel abroad to assess explore the work that will require assistance from the charity.
10. Financial review
The charity is working on ways of raising money for the work intended abroad.
11. Investments and reserves policy
The charity does not engage in any investments or set on making any reserves on funds received as all will be dispensed for the work abroad.
12. Plans for the future.
An additional was appointed in September 2023 so as to spread the work as the charity reaches out to the target community.
13. Trustees responsibilities to maintain financial statements.
The trustees are responsible for the preparation of the annual statements and financial statements at the end of the reporting period and to ensure that the funds raised are used for the sole purpose for which the charity was established for. No financial statements have been prepared as no funds have been raised to date. Raising funds for the charity has been a major challenge and this has delayed the practical launch of the charity to move out in meeting its objectives.
