The trustees present their flrst rep(?rt of the activltles of the charlty for the perlod
ending 315t December 2023.
6. Structure. governance and management.
The work of the charlty Is undergolng a lot of work to build its reach to the
communities it Is Meant to serve. There charity has no full-time employees, and all
the activities of the charity are executed through the Trustees. The Trustees meet
one in three months by electronic means to discuss and plan the actiwties of the
charity.
All the Trustees gave their time freely with rernuneration durlng the perlod
under review.
7. Objectlves and actlvltles for publlc be￿fit
The objectlves of the charity which is for the public benefit is the advancetTie.nt of
the Evangelical Christian faith worldwide and in particular to suppoi t the work in
Canada, Romania, USA, Italy. Venezuela, Spain, Sweden, Hungry and Germany
The Trustees confirrn that they have referred to the general guidance contained In
the Charity Commission general guidance on public benefit when reviewing ihe
Charity's aims and objectives in planning for f
actiVTties.

8. Grant making polfjcy.
The policy of the charity is exclusively for ralslng funds for the work to be carried
out in Canada, Romanla, USA, Italy, Venezuela. Spain, Sweden, Hungry and
Germany
Funds that wlll be raised in the UK are for payment of ex4)enses in preaching and
witnessing in the c￿ntrIeS chosen.
9. Monltorln8 progresslachlevement
The two trustees occasionally travel abroad to assess explore the work that will
require assistance from the charity.

The charity is working on wall of raislng money for the work Intended abroad.
11. Investments and reserves pollcy
The charity does not engage In any Investments or set on making anij reserves on
funds recelved as all will be dispensed fLY the work abroad.
12. Plans for the future.
An addltlonal was appolnted in September 2023 so as to spread the work as the
charity reaches out to the target community.
13. Trustees responslblllt5es to malntaln flnandal statements.
The trustees are responsible for the preparatfon of the annual statements and
flnancial statements at the end of the reporting period and to ensure that the
funds raised are used for the sole purpose for whlch the charity was eetstabllshed
for. No financial statements have been prepared as no funds have ts.en ralsed to
date. Ralslng funds for the charity has been a major challenge and this has
delayed the practical launch of the charity to move out in meeting its objectives.
