**a £5000 grant from The Joicey Trust and**
**£250 from the Port of Blyth which are**
**ringfenced for the park entrance**
**project. Final approval for the balance**
**of funding from a funder is pending.**
**FORP fundraising efforts continued to**
**prioritise the park entrance project**
**which will substantially enhance and**
**promote the park to the community.**
**A grant of £250 was received from the**
**Rotary Club of Blyth to buy perennial**
**plants and bulbs to improve biodiversity**
**and raise awareness amongst the public**
**of collecting wildlife data.**
**Other achievements relied on volunteer**
**time and minimal or no financial input**
**from FORP. Members bring a positive**
**presence to the park to improve the**
**park for all the community. Some**
**members work together on creative**
**projects, while others are active on**
**engagement with groups in the wider**
