A second grant request was received in November 2020 from Action Medical Research to continue supporting a T-ALL drug resistance study led by Dr Frederik van Delft at Newcastle University. The trustees considered that the application was in line our charitable objects. The trustees also gave regard to the Charity Commission public benefit guidan and agreed the award fulfilled statutory public beneftt criteria. A report from the research team detailed work completed to date and papers successfully published. A second grant of £10.000 was approved which was paid in early 2021. Section D Achievements and performance The Charity has a significant number of fundraisers and supporters who nlinue to work hard for the charity for which we are truly very grateful. Summary of the main achievements of the charity during 2021 was another dirficult year due io tyovid and our ability to fundraise was greatly reduced with no evenis put on. Nevertheless, there were a significant number of other individual donations and fundraising giving a total net income of £9493. Included in this are donations received via Amazon Smile and Facebook.
