MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD AT ZOOM

1. Welcome & Introduction

The Chair welcomed members, Trustees and guests and the zoom meeting was declared open. The zoom meeting was held to explore support that could be offered in developing Good goal relieve Mohamed Moalim a representative of the organization has been seeking funding and who could take forward the aims and objectives of the organization.

The Chair invited any comments or questions on the minute.

2019/ 2020 Trustees’ Report & Accounts

The Treasurer presented on the Charity’s income and expenditure for 2019/2020 and its financial position at the year end.

The Treasurer concluded that the Charity was in a good financial position but would still need to continue to manage the financial challenges of the future.

The Chair asked if members had any queries or comments on the accounts or on the Trustees’ Report. None was asked.

The purpose of the meeting was to explore the support required by the group in order that they would be able to secure funds.
