SORP reference
Summary of the main
achievements of the charity,

charity’s work has made to
the circumstances of its
beneficiaries and any wider
benefits to society as a
whole.
Para 1.20 The Activities of the Charity for the year
September 2020 to August 2021 were
completely shaped by the covid pandemic.
With our aim being to serve the local
education community through and on behalf
of the local church, we had to be creative in
the way we did this. Schools were often
closed and never able to welcome visitors.
We opted to work in two ways, digitally and
in practical service of support. Our trustees
were able, because of their expertise, to
support struggling students, and encourage
tired staff. We also provided a number of
chrome books to students who failed to
qualify for the provision of these from other
sources. Digitally we drew on the work of
others and pointed schools to good provision
for assemblies and curriculum items. Finally
we helped establish an ongoing zoom prayer
gathering for the whole of Wales.
