**Objects:** TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND PRESERVE THE HEALTH OF SERIOUS AND TERMINAL CANCER PATIENTS IN THE DONCASTER AREA BY:• PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES AND SERVICES NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE NHS OR DONCASTER BOROUGH COUNCIL;• PROVIDING A DREAM OR HELP TOWARDS IT.

**Activities:** The charity raises money to help answer a Dream or grant a wish for Cancer patients of all ages, within our local area. In short, we do something that may make them smile. Fulfilling a dream provides a positive focus empowering both patient and their families with new enthusiasm and strength to deal with ongoing daily struggles of the illness. Our work helps fight the onset of post-diagnosis PTSD.
